Product Description

LGF  fluoroplastic lined pipeline pump is a single stage single suction vertical structure centrifugal pump, the import and export are the same, and in the same straight line. The flow parts are all lined with fluoroplastic (F46). The external mounted tetrafluorobellows mechanical seal used in the pump can be equipped with a hard to hard (silicon carbide to silicon carbide) mechanical seal without cooling water when conveying media containing impurities particles, so the user needs to take into account the solid content in the medium when selecting.

Design Feature

1, LGF fluorine lined pipeline centrifugal pump is combined with pipeline centrifugal pump, non-metal pump process design and manufacture, with corrosion resistance, high temperature resistance, no aging, high mechanical strength, efficient energy saving and other advantages.

2, the pump body, impeller and pump cover using cfd computational fluid mechanics, design hydraulic components, module design and sintering. It has the characteristics of high efficiency, large cavitation allowance, good performance, small radial force, accurate size, good interchangeability, spacious and smooth flow path, etc.

3, fluorine plastics (PTFE, FEP, pfa) is a very good corrosion resistant material (commachinemonly known as: Plastic king), can transport any strong (strong) degree of acid, alkali, oxidizer and other corrosive media without damage.

4, the shaft seal uses advanced external bellows mechanical seal, can adjust the  seal without disassembly, the grinding sealing surface can be optional: Silicon carbide, pressless sintered silicon carbide, ceramics, tetrafluoride, cemented carbide and other materials, in order to meet the requirements of various media, to ensure the service life of the mechanical seal.

5, without independent lubrication and cooling water, reducing energy consumption.

6, direct connection type pull back design, no need to disassemble the pipe, easy maintenance.

7, vertical installation, compact structure, small footprint, small vibration, low noise, especially smooth operation.

Main Application

Lgf  fluorine lined pipeline pump for conveying or pressurizing acid, alkali, organic solvent, strong oxidizer and other corrosive media. It is suitable for industrial production drainage liquid, high-rise tank pressurization conveying medium, garden sprinkler irrigation, fire pressurization, long-distance conveying, hvac refrigeration cycle, bathroom and other cold and warm water circulation pressurization and equipment matching.

Operating temperature -20℃~120℃.
