LFK fluorine-lined slurry pump is a multi-functional chemical pump, which breaks the limitations of the use of traditional fluorine-lined pumps that can only transport clear liquid, and it can transport strong corrosive slurry with solid content up to 30% or less, including the medium of easily crystallized materials.

Design Feature

The pump body, impeller and pump cover are designed by CFD computational fluid dynamics, and the hydraulic components are designed modularized. It has the characteristics of high efficiency, good anti-cavitation performance, small radial force, accurate size, smooth flow path and good interchangeability.

The pump body is designed front and rear cover, with a fixed foot, in the abrasive working conditions, only need to replace the front cover regularly, without replacing the entire pump body, saving costs and maintenance costs;

LFK pump are semi-open impeller design, smooth flow channel, no clogging, the back blade is set on the back of the impeller, effectively balance the axial force;

The shaft seal adopts the Lvhuan patent mechanical seal a LFK type double end mounted  mechanical seal (need to add cooling water), the mechanical seal is designed and patented by us, the structure adopts the “Static” design, the dynamic ring built-in, the compensation ring external, the static ring compensation, the spring does not contact the medium, even if the static ring around all the media blocked, it does not affect the static ring operation compensation. It can run continuously and stably under the condition of up to 30% solid content.Mechanical seal (need to add cooling water), the mechanical seal is designed and patented, the structure is used”static” design, the dynamic ring is built-in, the compensation ring is external, the static ring compensation, the spring does not contact the medium, even if the dynamic and static rings are all blocked the medium,the operation compensation of the ringing ring continue to run stably under the condition up to 30% solid content and get invention patent.

Main Use

LFK fluorine lined slurry pump flow parts are completely made of fluorine plastic (can also be changed to PFA, U-PE according to working conditions), widely used in chemical industry, desulfurization, non-ferrous smelting, pesticides, acid and alkali production, paper making, pickling process, rare earth separation, electroplating, electronics, foil formation, acid and alkali unloading and other industries. Especially suitable for strong corrosion, easy crystallization, containing solid particles of material transportation.

The applicable temperature :-20℃~160℃. (over 100℃, please indicate that the material is changed to PFA)
