Design Feature

1. Lsb fluoroplastic alloy centrifugal pump is a new type of acid-resistant centrifugal pump with small flow, low head, full seal, high efficiency and energy saving;
2. The pump body, impeller and pump cover use cfd computational fluid mechanics, design hydraulic components, module design and sintering. It has the characteristics of high efficiency, good cavitation residual performance, small radial force, accurate size, good interchangeability, spacious and smooth flow path, etc.

3. The pump body is made of fluorine plastic, the internal design of steel skeleton, internal and external corrosion prevention, and high strength.
4. Fluorine plastic alloy (PTFE, FEP) is an excellent corrosion resistant material (commonly known as: Plastic king), any strong (strong) degree of acid, alkali, oxidizer and other corrosive media without damage;

The external bellows mechanical seal selected by the shaft seal can be adjusted without disassembly, and the sealing surface of the grinding can be optional: Silicon carbide, non-pressure sintered silicon carbide, ceramics,PTFE, cemented carbide and other materials to meet the requirements of conveying various media, to ensure the service life of themechanicalseal.
