LZM lined fluorine self-priming magnetic pump is a new generation corrosion resistant self-priming magnetic pump, this pumps apply modern magnetic principles, permanent magnet magnetic drive to achieve torque contact-free transmission, the external mixing axial backflow water structure design, when the motor drives the external rotor (external magnetic steel) assembly rotation, through the magnetic field of the magnetic field line, through the non-metal isolation sleeve, drive the inner rotor ( the inner magnetic steel) assembly and the impeller to rotate synchronously, because the medium is closed in the static isolation sleeve, so as to achieve no leakage medium, the pump body is composed of suction chamber, liquid storage chamber, volute, backflow hole, gas-liquid separation chamber, etc. After the pump started, under the action of centrifugal force, the remaining liquid in the suction chamber and the air in the liquid inlet pipe are stirred into a gas-liquid mixture by the impeller, the mixture enters the gas-liquid separation chamber through the volute. As the flow rate slows down, the gas-liquid separation caused, and the air is discharged from the pump outlet, and the liquid backflows to the pump through the backflow hole. After several cycles, the air in the liquid inlet pipe is discharged. The pump formed a certain degree of vacuum, to achieve the role of self-priming, completely solve the shaft seal leakage of mechanical transmission pump, the pump is fully sealed, no leakage, no pollution, strong self-priming, strong acid resistance, high efficiency and energy saving new industrial pump.
